Due to rain expected this week,our Spring for Alexandria at John Ewald Park will be Friday, MAY 19th!. 

Since the start of Spring for Alexandria in 2008, thousands of volunteers have donated more than 20,000 hours, valued over $470,000 in economic impact. Let's make it more than half a million dollar!

You and hundreds of other volunteers will join together with Volunteer Alexandria and the City of Alexandria to provide community services at numerous sites throughout the city, making it a better place for all of us! WEBAalexandria's Team of Volunteers will weed and plant at Ewald Park, 4452 Duke St, Alexandria. 

WE NEED YOU TO VOLUNTEER ON THE DAY OF SPRING FOR ALEXANDRIA!  SIGN UP HERE: WEBAalexandria Team

Just as in a walk-a-thon, we ask each volunteer to raise a minimum of $25 in pledges that will be used to purchase the supplies and materials necessary to implement the projects. Potential proceeds benefit our community, including people interested in volunteering who need assistance to find the perfect volunteer opportunity. As your Community Resource for Volunteerism, Volunteer Alexandria's programs provide volunteers for nonprofit organizations throughout the year.
