WEBA presents small business experts who will offer a perspective on what you need to know about the PPP Loan to keep your business moving forward. The panel will provide perspectives from banking, legal and small business experts. If time permits there will be an opportunity for questions and networking.
Michael Vandergrift has been developing retail and business banking relationships in the Maryland, DC and Virginia markets for over 30 years. As an experienced consumer and commercial banker and lender, Michael helps companies and individuals grow and manage their business and personal finances for optimal results. Michael resides in the DMV area, is married with twin girls, served in the United States Marine Corp, earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a recent graduate of the Virginia Banking Association School of Bank Management at Virginia University Darden School of Business.
Blake Frieman is an associate attorney at Bean, Kinney & Korman who represents financial institutions and other businesses in commercial financing and real estate matters. He routinely handles the documentation and negotiation of complex credit and security agreements and matters related to the acquisition, financing, and leasing of real estate. He has experience with handling workouts and foreclosures, as well as collections and other business litigation matters. Blake also represents and advises businesses and individuals with respect to mergers and acquisitions, taxation, and trusts and estates.
David Hincapie is an Economic Development Specialist and Veteran Business Development Officer with the Washington Metropolitan Area District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration. He has been with the SBA since August 2018.
